Despite its dark color, Biova Cellini is smooth and drinkable, with delicate notes of roasted coffee and a clean, harmonious finish—a dark beer that drinks like a blonde.

Partnering with Pasta Berruto, Biova Project introduces BIOVA PASTA, the first beer made from surplus pasta.

This initiative exemplifies circular economy principles and the fight against food waste, celebrating Italian gastronomic creativity.

In collaboration with Capatoast, Italy’s first toast-focused chain, Biova Project has created not one, but two craft beers using the "culetti" of the bread—the end slices that are not used to make toasts. This true waste product has been transformed into a blonde and an amber beer, both offering unique and surprising flavors.

For us and Forno Brisa, bread is a sacred food, the ancestral foundation of human nutrition, a gift for all of humanity: that’s why we are committed to minimizing its waste and ensuring it has the longest life possible.

From the meeting of these two realities comes a wonderful project, the result of the most exciting collaboration of the year: a Biova Leggera Session IPA with Forno Brisa's bread and all the beauty of BrisVecchia on the label.

The historic Eataly Lingotto store becomes the starting point of a partnership dedicated to the fight against food waste.  Biova Eataly is born, very fresh, summer, light. Only 3,6% alcohol, but a taste that knows how to be felt, a touch of salt given by the bread and a lot of taste given by citrus hops.

Biova Project has made a special, unique reference for Cascina Santa Brera , made with their surplus of bread and served exclusively by them.
