With its new opening, Pit’sa brings innovation and sustainability to Milan as well, proudly serving Biova Project’s anti-waste beer front and center.

Pit’sa in Bergamo is much more than a simple pizzeria; it’s a culinary experience that celebrates the art of pizza in a welcoming, modern, and inclusive environment. The restaurant’s philosophy is built on three core pillars: quality, freshness, and creativity.
Every pizza is carefully prepared using only top-quality ingredients, sourced from genuine agriculture rather than intensive farming. This commitment to ingredient selection ensures that every bite is full of flavor and freshness, while fully respecting the environment and animal welfare.
Inclusivity
One of Pit’sa’s most distinctive features is its commitment to inclusivity. Most of the staff have Down syndrome, a choice strongly championed by Giovanni Nicolussi to create a welcoming and stimulating work environment for everyone. Inspired by his personal experience, Giovanni decided to hire people with Down syndrome, proving that their abilities, qualities, and skills can go beyond any prejudice.

The menu
Pit’sa’s menu is a celebration of culinary diversity and sustainability. All pizzas are vegetarian, made with local vegetables, plant-based alternatives to meat and fish, high-quality cheeses, and house-made cashew-based fermented products.
Collaboration with Biova Project
Pit’sa chose to collaborate with Biova Project from the very beginning, starting with the launch of its first location in Bergamo, sharing values of sustainability, inclusivity, and respect for the planet.Starting this month, with the opening of the new Milan location, Pit’sa becomes the first venue to serve exclusively Biova’s anti-waste beer, available both bottled and on tap, in light and red varieties. Choosing to feature Biova beer front and center is a bold decision that favors craftsmanship and sustainability over mass-produced industrial beers.

Next opening in Milan
After the success in Bergamo, Pit’sa is ready to expand with a new opening in Milan. The inauguration will take place on Friday, June 28, at Via Cadore 31.
This new venue promises to bring the same passion for quality, innovation, and inclusivity to the heart of Milan, offering another opportunity to enjoy their extraordinary pizzas.
We’ll be there, see you soon!
To celebrate the occasion, you can enjoy a special combo for €5.00, including:
🔸 one Biova craft beer
🔸 one slice of Regina di Cuori with tomato sauce, cashew cream, confit cherry tomatoes, basil cream decoration, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil leaves
