Thanks to the recovery and use of bread, we replace up to 30% of barley malt, allowing a real saving of raw materials and reducing the environmental impact.

Inspired by the Altbier recipe, a top-fermented dark beer from the Düsseldorf region, enriched with a touch of salt and the color of whole wheat bread. In this recipe the recovered bread replaces up to 15.8% of barley malt.

biova bianca

A white beer that gives a second life to unsold bread to make even summer more sustainable.

Lemon verbena, orange peel, green pepper and salt from bread, for a fresh and unforgettable drink.  Only 3.8% alcohol. Light, fresh, fragrant, Biova Bianca is made with 30% of bread recovered from the bakers of Piedmont and Lombardy.

ALC. 3.8% vol.
