Ri-Snack™ by Biova Project is a super crunchy snack made from barley malt that has already been used to brew our Biova Beer.
After serving this fantastic purpose, the remaining barley malt—known as spent grain—is still wonderfully rich in protein, fiber, and minerals, but much lower in sugars.
