Water, yeast, malt  and bread: Biova Bread Beer San Salvario is a highly drinkable Golden Ale, brewed by the legendary Brewfist craft brewery.

 

Biova Bread Beer San Salvario is born from the unsold bread of one of the symbolic neighborhoods of the city of Turin. The profits from the sale of Biova San Salvario will go to the Celocelo Food non-profit organization, which collects the unsold items from the shops in the neighborhood and redistributes them in shopping packages. for families in need in the neighborhood.

Our   bread beer  classical  is inspired by the traditional recipe of  Kölsch. Clear, fresh, with a touch of salt given by the bread that makes it irresistible.

Water, yeast, malt  and rice: Biova Rice Beer is inspired by the recipe of

Session Ipa: a beer with a strong hopping, low alcohol content

 

When a grain of rice breaks during processing it is discarded because it is considered no longer salable. It is 5% of the total, which we recover by following the principles of the circular economy, to produce this beer, which is lighter and more sustainable.

Our   bread beer san salvario is inspired by the Golden Ale recipe. The profits from the sale will go to the Celocelo Food non-profit organization, which collects the unsold items from the neighborhood shops and redistributes them in shopping bags for families in difficulty in the neighborhood.

Water, yeast, malt  and bread: Biova Bread Beer Classic is inspired by the Kölsch recipe: a great classic with an unexpected touch of salt, which makes it incredibly drinkable.

 

Thanks to the recovery and use of bread, we are going to replace 30 to 50% of barley malt, allowing a real saving of raw materials and reducing the environmental impact.
